Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns only under specific conditions. A product is eligible for return if:

Return Approval

If the return request meets the conditions, we will approve it.

In some cases, we may request additional proof (images/video).

Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping (if needed).
Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
After the return is inspected and approved:

You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund hasnβt been received after 15 business days:

Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped or fulfilled.
If cancellation is requested before processing, we will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee it.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, only refunds for eligible damaged/leaked products as per conditions.
